1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between zpay88 ("Platform", "we", "company") and you as a registered user ("Player", "you"). Failure to provide the documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure along with freezing of the associated balance.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Fund Management

All financial transactions on the zpay88 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit per transaction is RM10 via all available payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM100.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 5 to 30 minutes after complete account verification.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method or to an account in the verified player's name.
• zpay88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing that requires additional review for security and compliance purposes.

Funds in a player's account are gaming funds only. zpay88 does not pay interest on account balances and does not act as a financial institution or bank.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by zpay88, including the welcome bonus, are subject to the wagering requirements specified. Players are responsible for understanding these conditions before accepting any bonus.

• 100% welcome bonus up to RM888 is awarded to new players on their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received (not the deposit).
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before withdrawal of bonus winnings is permitted.
• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim this bonus more than once through different accounts constitutes fraud.
• zpay88 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or breach of terms.
• Other bonuses (such as weekly VIP cashback) have their own terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

5. General Game Rules

All games available on the zpay88 platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook and other games — are subject to the following rules:

• Game results are final once a round or bet has been fully processed by our servers.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, zpay88 will resolve the situation based on transaction records stored in the system.
• Game manipulation, use of automated software (bots), or exploitation of technical bugs is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• Sports odds and bet results are subject to the rules of the respective game providers.

6. Player Responsibilities

As a registered player, you are fully responsible for the following:
